Product Description

Sunflower oil line

Sunflower seed is a kind of high oil yield material, to get sunflower oil, we mainly use two ways. Pressing and prepressing solvent extraction. Pressing technology is mainly for small size line. And prepressing solvent extraction is mainly for big size line. Follows the crude oil line, there comes the refinery line, includes degumming, deacidification, bleaching, deodorizing and dewaxing. After the refinery, the oil quality will be very high and it will be the first class oil.

Main Steps

1) Pretreatment: Includes deshelling, crushing, softening, flaking, cooking

2) Pressing: After the pretreatment, press the seeds and get sunflower oil and cake

3) Solvent extraction: Collect the cake from pressing, and put it into the extractor, mix it with hexane, you can get more oil.

4) Refinery: Collect oil from pressing and solvent extraction. Do the degumming, deacidification, bleaching, deodorization and dewaxing, get first class oil.

5) Filling: Fill the oil into different sizes of bottles by using our bottle machine.
