Coconut oil machine

As for coconut oil, it mainly has three kinds of oil. Cold pressed oil, hot pressed oil, virgin coconut oil. Coconut is one kind of high oil yield material. It is very good for our health. Coconuts mainly grow in Tropical area, in South East Asia, South Asia, Africa, Middle America. Where there is enough rain and heat, the coconut will grow very well.

Coconut oil

1) Hot pressing: in this way, we need to dry the coconut first, the dried coconut is called copra, we use the copra to press oil, because the oil yield is high, normally twice pressing is needed. before pressing ,we will cook the copra by using cooker.

2) Cold pressing: by using our cold pressing machine, before pressing, no need to heat, no cook, our cold press machine is of high yield, the residual in the cake is around 9% at the first time, then follows the second pressing, after the second pressing, the residual in the cake is about 5-6%.

3) Virgin coconut oil: to make virgin coconut oil, we do use different ways for different capacity, the most common way is to press the wet coconut meat into liquid, and then separate the water, milk from the oil by using centrifuge, then we will get virgin coconut oil, this oil can not only be eaten, what is more, it is very good cosmetic, health care ,skin care, and hair care, it can keep you young forever.
