Refundable
paper tickets should be returned to europebyair.com
where a refund will be issued to your credit card with
any applicable cancellation fees. If your ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE,
keep the ticket, as you may be able to apply the unused
ticket for future travel. Many customers prefer to use
non-refundable tickets. Non-refundable tickets are perfect
for customers who know when and where they need to travel
and are unlikely to change their travel plans.
Non-refundable tickets are NOT preferable for customers
who may need to change their itineraries. In addition
to now being able to obtain a refund for the unused ticket,
additional fees for re-issuing the ticket may be imposed
by the airline and/or europebyair.com. |

tickets, or e-tickets, now offered by many major airlines,
allow you to travel without a paper ticket, eliminating
the worry of leaving your tickets behind. An e-ticket
confirms your airline ticket purchase without requiring
a paper record; the only record of an e-ticket sale is
in electronic form in the airlines computer system.
When you buy e-tickets through europebyair.com, youll
receive a confirmation of your purchase via email. At
this time, e-tickets are only available to U.S. residents. |

How
do I use an e-ticket? |

When
you check in for your flight, give the ticket agent your
name, flight number and a government-issued photo ID.
For your protection, some airlines also require that you
show the credit card used to purchase your ticket. When
you use e-tickets, you may not be able to check luggage
at the curb.

How
will I know if I have a confirmed reservation and a seat
assignment?

The
e-mail you receive when you purchase your e-ticket includes
your purchase confirmation number. This confirmation number
is on record with both europebyair.com and the airline.
If you have a confirmation number, your reservation is
confirmed. The confirmation number is also listed in the
itinerary uropebyair.com saves for you online. To view
your itinerary, click the "My itineraries" link
anywhere on the site. Sign in as usual. Youll see
a list of all the itineraries we have stored for you.
Youll find the confirmation number for your flight
in the portion of your itinerary. Each itinerary is saved
until your trip is complete.
To be sure you have a seat assignment, arrive at the airport
at least 1 hour prior to your flights departure
and check in promptly. Whether you use a paper ticket
or an e-ticket, early check-in is necessary. What should
I do if I need a paper receipt?
If you need a paper ticket receipt for your purchase,
you can request one via e-mail at receipt@support.europebyair.com.
Include your name, itinerary number, and date of travel.
(Find itinerary information by following the steps detailed
in the question above.) Or ask for a printed receipt when
you check in for your flight. |

time you requested. When you request to search for all

span of time. If you specify only one airline, we will
look at a broader range of flights throughout the day
for one carrier. Because flights at different times of
day may be more or less expensive, a lower priced flight
may turn up when you do a search on one airline. We suggest
that when you do a search for the best priced flights,
try searching with a few different departure times throughout
the day. You may find better prices that way. |
