Is my credit card number safe? Top
Europebyair.com uses the Secure Sockets Layer and Private Communication Technology security standards that are supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or later and other popular browsers. SSL encodes your personal information (such as your password, address and phone number, or your credit card number) so that it is available only to you and the europebyair.com travel agent who will make sure your travel planning goes smoothly. This encryption makes doing business over the Internet as secure as making a purchase by telephone.
How do I receive my tickets? Top
Your ticket will be mailed directly to your home or business address provided.
After I receive my tickets, what do I do if there is a problem with it?
Our customer service agents are available to assist you should you have a problem with your tickets. Details on contacting our Customer Service Centre are provided as part of your reservation confirmation and also included with your ticket.
What if I need to change my flight arrangements? Top
If you need to change your flight arrangements less than 24 hours before the flight, call europebyair.com at the telephone listed on your itinerary.
What if I need to cancel my reservations? Top
Call the europebyair.com customer service centre. The customer service agent will assist you in processing. The cancellation fees vary, ask the agent for a summary of any applicable fees.
What happens if I won’t be using my tickets and I’d like a refund? Top
Refundable paper tickets should be returned to europebyair.com where a refund will be issued to your credit card with any applicable cancellation fees. If your ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE, keep the ticket, as you may be able to apply the unused ticket for future travel. Many customers prefer to use non-refundable tickets. Non-refundable tickets are perfect for customers who know when and where they need to travel and are unlikely to change their travel plans.
Non-refundable tickets are NOT preferable for customers who may need to change their itineraries. In addition to now being able to obtain a refund for the unused ticket, additional fees for re-issuing the ticket may be imposed by the airline and/or europebyair.com.
How long does it normally take to process a refund to my credit card?
Generally speaking it takes the credit card companies 1 to 10 days to process your refund. Your refund should appear on your statement within 1 to 2 billing cycles.
What are e-tickets and why should I use them? Top
Electronic tickets, or e-tickets, now offered by many major airlines, allow you to travel without a paper ticket, eliminating the worry of leaving your tickets behind. An e-ticket confirms your airline ticket purchase without requiring a paper record; the only record of an e-ticket sale is in electronic form in the airline’s computer system. When you buy e-tickets through europebyair.com, you’ll receive a confirmation of your purchase via email. At this time, e-tickets are only available to U.S. residents.
How do I use an e-ticket?
When you check in for your flight, give the ticket agent your name, flight number and a government-issued photo ID. For your protection, some airlines also require that you show the credit card used to purchase your ticket. When you use e-tickets, you may not be able to check luggage at the curb.
How will I know if I have a confirmed reservation and a seat assignment?
Top
The e-mail you receive when you purchase your e-ticket includes your purchase confirmation number. This confirmation number is on record with both europebyair.com and the airline. If you have a confirmation number, your reservation is confirmed. The confirmation number is also listed in the itinerary uropebyair.com saves for you online. To view your itinerary, click the "My itineraries" link anywhere on the site. Sign in as usual. You’ll see a list of all the itineraries we have stored for you. You’ll find the confirmation number for your flight in the portion of your itinerary. Each itinerary is saved until your trip is complete.
To be sure you have a seat assignment, arrive at the airport at least 1 hour prior to your flight’s departure and check in promptly. Whether you use a paper ticket or an e-ticket, early check-in is necessary. What should I do if I need a paper receipt?
If you need a paper ticket receipt for your purchase, you can request one via e-mail at receipt@support.europebyair.com. Include your name, itinerary number, and date of travel. (Find itinerary information by following the steps detailed in the question above.) Or ask for a printed receipt when you check in for your flight.
When would I need a paper receipt? Top
If you are travelling internationally, a paper receipt may be required if
you need to change your travel plans en route or if one of your flights is delayed. Some airlines accept printouts of confirmation e-mails such as
those sent by europebyair.com as documentation. Check with the airline about its policies before you depart. Some employers require paper receipts for business travel expense reports. Some companies accept printouts of confirmation e-mails, but check your company’s policy to find out what is acceptable documentation.
I’ve seen a better flight price advertised elsewhere. Why don’t I get that price using europebyair.com? Top
There are several reasons this may occur. Airlines generally restrict the number of seats that can be sold. Most discounted fares have restrictions such as a minimum stay requirement or even the time of day you can travel. Europebyair.com takes these restrictions into consideration when pricing your itinerary. Occasionally a special advertised fare may only be available for purchase from a particular company. The advertisement should outline those restrictions.
Can I use travel vouchers, certificates or frequent flyer miles to purchase through europebyair.com? Top
No. Airlines generally require that ticket purchases using either frequent flyer miles or travel vouchers be handled directly at one of their locations. The same is true of vouchers issued by a variety of travel clubs. You will need to contact them directly to purchase your ticket.
How do I make a reservation for someone else? Top
To make a reservation for someone else, just type his or her name instead of yours for the passenger/traveller name. Your profile information (e.g. name, address, phone, etc.) will be used as a default, but you can just type over the appropriate fields and replace the information with the other person’s information.
I know there’s a flight on my desired airline at a certain time of day. Why can’t I find it on europebyair.com? Top
In most cases, this means the flight you are looking for is sold out. We only show flights with seats available for your travel dates.
Why do I get a lower price by selecting a specific airline than when I don’t? Top
Europebyair.com searches for the least expensive flight closest the departure time you requested. When you request to search for all flights from all airlines, europebyair.com searches through a smaller selection of flights each airline for a shorter span of time. If you specify only one airline, we will look at a broader range of flights throughout the day for one carrier. Because flights at different times of day may be more or less expensive, a lower priced flight may turn up when you do a search on one airline. We suggest that when you do a search for the best priced flights, try searching with a few different departure times throughout the day. You may find better prices that way.
Do I need to enter my frequent flyer number, meal and seating preferences and other requests each time I make a reservation? Top
No, we can store this information for you in a personal profile. Simply click on "My Profile" and enter the information. Then next time you visit the site, all your information will be available when you sign in.
What should I do if there is no confirmation number for my car rental? Top
Car rental companies may take up to 24 hours to respond with a confirmation number. If more that 24 hours have elapsed, please let us know. We will help you obtain the confirmation number.
Can I use my company discount for a car rental through europebyair.com?
Yes. Please be sure to select your preferred car rental company and the Corporate Rate category in your personal profile. After you submit your information, we will ask for your Corporate Discount number.
Do I receive a discount if I am a frequent renter with a particular car rental company?
Most car rental companies offer discounts to the frequent renters. Please be sure to put your frequent renter number in your personal profile so that it can be transmitted to the car rental company when you make a reservation.
What should I do if there is no confirmation number for my hotel reservation? Top
Hotel companies may take up to 24 hours to respond with a confirmation number. If more than 24 hours have elapsed, please let us know. We will help you obtain the confirmation number for your hotel stay.
Will my credit card be charged if I do not cancel my hotel reservation?
If you do not cancel your hotel reservation, the hotel will charge your credit card. Make sure you check the hotel’s cancellation policy.
I can’t remember my Member ID or my password. What should I do? Top
Fill out our Password, Member ID, and Account Questions Form. We will send the information to the original owner (the person who set up the account and password) at the email address on record for the account
What is a "cookie" and what should I do about cookie warnings? Top
A cookie is a tiny packet of information passed between your browser and a Web site such as europebyair.com. Europebyair.com uses cookies to verify your identity and the fact that you’re properly signed in. Each time you make a request to europebyair.com, a cookie attaches itself to your message like a nametag. Accepting the cookie is like writing your name on the nametag; it identifies the message as yours so that you can continue using the site without having to sign in again. To use europebyair.com, it is necessary to accept cookies.

If you would prefer not to receive a warning every time europebyair.com sends a cookie to your browser, you can deactivate the warning message. Directions to some popular browsers follow:
