Instructions: After the cleaning of the seed material,no need to use the cooking pot,while the water yield of the seed can influence the oil extracted rate directly,so to judge the dryness and wetness of seed material is the very crucial. Normally speaking, the water yield should be controlled in 5-8%.To judge the water yield,you can use your nail to squeeze the seed, if there is some sound,and can be divided into two slices,and the oil can be squeezed out,then the water yield is suitable. If the seeds will be powder after being squeezed,then the water yield is too little. If it becomes to be flat shape,then the water yield is too high.

Solvent extraction is according to the extraction theory, use some kind of organic solvent which can dissolve the oil fat, by contacting with the oil material through solvent immersing or spraying, the oil can be extracted out from the oil material.
