Flight Pass Rules
The EuropebyAir FlightPass was introduced in 1997 and is still today a world-acclaimed-unique and easy to use product. The following rules are for FlightPass purchases only. A few simple rules apply for the unique EuropebyAir FlightPass.
Residence
Europe by Air Flight Passes are available to non-European residents only.
Tickets
FlightPasses are paper tickets purchased from this website and can only be shipped to U.S. addresses. For FlightPass purchases in other countries, please visit this page to find your local contact. The name on your Europe by Air Ticket must match the name on your passport.
Reconfirmation
Your confirmed reservations are detailed on the itinerary mailed with your itinerary and FlightPasses. Flight Pass holders are required to reconfirm all fight details directly with the airline within 72 hours of the flight. Flight changes are more common in Europe!
Minimum Sale
There is no minimum or maximum purchase. FlightPasses are non refundable and non transferable.
Validity
Europe by Air Tickets are valid for 120 days.
Valid Routes
Each Europe by Air Ticket is valid for one non-stop flight within the Europe by Air system. Click on the FlightPass tab for a Map or to download a list of valid routes. The map can also be used to show connection airports. These two FlightPass connection possibilities will display the routes in yellow and allow you to reach the far corners of Europe at outstanding prices.
Flight Check-in and Fee Payment
Airport taxes are not included and must be paid at the airport before check-in. This is a two-step process, so please allow extra time. You must first go to the Airline's Sales Desk and pay the local airport taxes or fee. The Sales Desk will issue you a receipt and then direct you to the baggage check-in counter. The amount of fees vary by airport and ever changing currency conversion rates. In general the airport amounts vary from approximately $40 to $70 per person but new charges such as new "Green/Environment and African Aid taxes are being proposed/implemented by the European Union".
Passengers who book flights on Alpi Eagles will now enjoy streamlined check-in at the airport. Alpi Eagles collect the airport taxes prior to checkin at the airport. You will see this charge on you credit card statement.
No Refunds
Europe by Air Tickets are not transferable, and unfortunately, lost, stolen, or unused tickets are not refundable, so be sure to keep them with your passport in a safe place. Insurance is available and definitely recommended (for more information, please see Insurance).
Cancellations
If you have made advance reservations and need to cancel your flight plans, please call the airline and inform them as soon as possible so the seats are released. If you have reservations and fail to show up for the flight you are subject to forfeiture of a flight coupon.
Responsibility of Passenger
The passenger is responsible for providing accurate information for the reservation and for all flight documentation; i.e., airline tickets, passports, visa etc. The traveler is responsible for reconfirming the flight schedule directly with the airline within 72 hours of the flight.
