Is my credit card number safe?
europebyair.com
uses the Secure Sockets Layer and Private Communication Technology security
standards that are supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or later
and other popular browsers. SSL encodes your personal information (such
as your password, address and phone number, or your credit card number)
so that it is available only to you and the europebyair.com travel agent
who will make sure your travel planning goes smoothly. This encryption makes
doing business over the Internet as secure as making a purchase by telephone.

Your ticket will be shipped only to the credit card billing address.

with it?

customer service agents are available to assist you should
you have a problem with your tickets. Details on contacting

happens if I wont be using my airline tickets and Id
like a refund?
europebyair.com
Flight Passes are non-refundable.

I receive an e-ticket for my Flight Pass?
E-tickets
are not available for Flight Passes. Paper tickets will be issued.
Ive
seen a better flight price advertised elsewhere. Why dont I get that
price using europebyair.com?
There
are several reasons this may occur. Airlines generally
restrict the number of seats that can be sold. Most discounted
fares have restrictions such as a minimum stay requirement
or even the time of day you can travel. europebyair.com
has a fixed discounted price of $99USD each way, without the
complicated rules and restrictions.
Can
I use travel vouchers, certificates or frequent flyer
miles to purchase through europebyair.com?
No. Travel
vouchers, certificates and frequent flyer miles cannot be used to purchase
Flight Passes.
How
do I make a reservation for someone else? To
make a reservation for someone else, just type his or her name
instead of yours for the passenger/traveller name, as well as, all
other passenger related information requested. Your information will
be needed in the payment section.
I know theres a flight on my desired airline at a
certain time of day. Why cant I find it on europebyair.com?
In
most cases, this means the flight you are looking for
is sold out. We only show flights with seats available
for your travel dates.
What
is a "cookie" and what should I do about cookie
warnings?

is a tiny packet of information passed between your browser and a Web site
such as europebyair.com. europebyair.com uses cookies to verify your
identity and the fact that youre properly signed in. Each time you
