What is rice bran oil refining equipment?

Refined edible oil is one kind of vegetable oil for human grade cooking, you can get the oil from oil seeds like soybean, peanut/groundnut, palm seeds, rapeseeds, mustard seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower, corn germ and other kinds of oil seeds.

Traditional method is press the seeds by hands, foot or some simple tools to press the seeds and extracting the vegetable oil. By this way, the oil yield will be very less, there still have about half of the oil stay with the cake, this will decrease the farmer's profit and waste natural resources.

1.Neutralization Tank: used for acid refining, alkali refining or washing.

2. Bleaching Tank: used for bleaching oil&removing pigment.

3. Deodorizing Tank: used for removing the odour of oil (made of stainless steel).

4.Conduction Oil Furnace: provide production with heat source, and the temperature can reach 280 °C.

5. Vacuum Pump: provide vacuum degree for bleaching & deodorizing process, which can reach above755 mmHg

6.Air Compressor: weather bleaching earth used in the bleaching process

7. Filter Press: filtrate the bleaching earth

8.Steam Generator: produce steam for deodorization and distillation process

9. Leaf Filter: filtrate the bleaching earth & impurities.

Working principle of 50T/D rice bran oil refining equipment
1 This frame oil filter is composed of filter plates, filter frames, oil pump and filter cloth, etc.
2 When the crude oil is pumped into the filtering machine, under the different pressure in and outside the machine, the crude oil go through the filtering cloth and come out from the pipr under the filter plate.
3 While the oil dregs remains on the surface of the filtering cloth, thus realizing the filtering process.
