MUZL42-138 Pellet machine is a novel granular-feed press produced by our company.This machine has features of high quality ring die, press roller, advanced technology ect.,and which’s drive system adops the double motor triangle belt drive in the advantages of less ground demand,even stress, simple structure, convenient operation maintenance. This machine can also transform motor and ring mode to adapt the needs of different production capacity and specifications to obtain an ideal technical and economic benefit.

Mainly composed by three major part: feeder,modulator and pelleter.(see above figure)

Through adjusting and coordinating the feed rate, curing degree and production capacity, can obtain result of granulating.

4.Structural features

(1) Ring die is adopted precision machined high chromium alloy steel forgings, and applied vacuum heat treatment process with high finish holes and long service life

(2) High strength cast iron cast the machine frame to ensure the rotation safe ,stable and reliable.

(3) The alloy structure forging main shaft, has good strength and toughness.

(4) The flywheel effect of the cast steel hollow main shaft with large pulley, make the granulating work smooth, low noise, little vibration.

(5) The Feeder, Modulator and Granulating chamber are all using stainless steel material,and the independent cutter mechanism is adopted set piece of structure for durable.

(6) Bolted machine enclosure is easy disassembly and maintenance.

(7) When running, roller can always get good lubrication through lubrication piping.

(8) Granulating machine equipped with ring die lifting mechanism.

(9) The three parts of the complete machine can be Sold separately.

KYW30/35 Pellet machine

1. performance characteristics

This machine is the improvement products of KYW30/35 granular-feed press, which main features are as follow: the parts of feed,tempering,granulating, lubrication are all using independent drive; components in contact with material and steam are all made of stainless steel; feed screw using alternating current magneto stepless speed regulation drive to freely adjust the feed flow rate according to the main engine load; and has the devices of automatic lubrication, strongremoving iron, automatically measuring temperature and mechanical and electrical co-insurance. The whole machine has rational construction and and advancedtechnology,with the advantages of High output, less power consumption, easy operation, good economical benefit.

2.Purpose and Scope of application:

This machine is mainly used for pressing pellet feed to small and medium compound feed factory on the annual output of 8000/12000 tons, which also be applied to press pellet feed for all kinds of farms tomechanized raise chickens, ducks, fish and pigs.

Main Structure of wood pellet mill:
This combined oil expeller is composed by four parts: feeder, press chamber, electrical control panel
and vacuum filter drum. The heating system is inside the press cage. The filtering drum is vacuum
filter with sight glass.
