It is by our company that Chinese first full continuous auto-control rice bran oil production line was built in Anhui Province.In 2009,our company made a technology report on the first China Experience Exchange Fair of Rice Bran Promoting Utilization by China Oil Association, and took the leaders to visit rice bran oil plant built by us. Rice bran expansion&extraction equipment won National patent() and Silver Medal on IEI(International Exhibition of Inventions), Class A rice bran oil refining equipment won also national patent and Gold Medal on NEI. Besides, Second Prize of science&technology is for rice bran expansion&extraction equipment technology by China Oil Association,and First Prize of science&technology is for Class A RBO equipment technology by CCOA.

The whole production line contains three workshops: rice bran pretreatment&expansion workshop, oil extraction workshop and oil refining workshop.

Main Structure of LD famous brand rice bran oil press machine:
This combined oil expeller is composed by four parts: feeder, press chamber, electrical control panel
and vacuum filter drum. The heating system is inside the press cage. The filtering drum is vacuum
filter with sight glass.
