In the event of departure date weather conditions, or that Spanair encounters operational difficulties, which result in flight cancellation, delay or misconnection, Spanair will provide transportation on its next available flight in the same class of service as originally ticketed, at no additional cost to passenger. Neither Spanair nor EuropebyAir guarantee protection of passengers on another airline.
Neither Spanair nor EuropebyAir will be held responsible for any miss-connections of passengers ticketed on a separate ticket with a separate PNR.
A 60 minute minimum connection time is necessary between all Intra-European or Intra-Spain connections.
