Manuel Helfrich has been appointed Director of Operations for the EuropebyAir Flight Pass program according to Bill Wolf, President of EuropebyAir effective May 14, 2003. Bill Wolf stated, "Manuel has incredible experience in the airline industry having worked for Pan American World Airways, Qantas Airways and Ansett Australia. His international experience and detailed knowledge of how the airlines operate and market will be of tremendous help to EuropebyAir as we are now dealing with more than twenty airlines spread out across Europe. Manuel will coordinate with the airlines on matters of flight routes, reservations, schedule changes and passenger handling. Manuel will also provide a support function for the sales outlets we already have in other countries and the new countries we will be expanding to in the near future."
