Why isn’t my itinerary printed on the FlightPass? Top
Your itinerary is not printed on the FlightPass due to the flexibility of our program. One reason EuropebyAir is so popular is because our FlightPasses can be used for any of the flights in our program. If you should decide to change your date of travel or route, you can! At no charge! There is no charge to change your FlightPass reservations.
What if I need to cancel my FlightPass reservations? Top
FlightPasses are non-refundable. If you have any doubts about being able to travel, we strongly suggest that you check into insuring your trip with a travel insurance company.

Do I need to purchase a FlightPass for my infant? Top
Yes.
I am a European Resident. Can I use a FlightPass for travel? Top
EuropebyAir FlightPasses are available for use by inter-continental travelers but not European residents. Only European passport holders who have proof of residency outside of Europe (such as a U.S. greencard) are eligible to use FlightPasses. Airport agents will confiscate FlightPasses presented for travel by European residents.
Can I have my FlightPasses delivered in Europe? Top
EuropebyAir does not ship FlightPasses to Europe.
How do I make a reservation for someone else? Top
To make a reservation for someone else, just type his or her name instead of yours for the passenger/traveller name. Your profile information (e.g. name, address, phone, etc.) will be used as a default, but you can just type over the appropriate fields and replace the information with the other person’s information.
What is my luggage allowance? Top
Each passenger is allowed 20 kilos or 44 pounds total weight. Passengers are responsible for excess baggage charges. For more information, please check with the airline directly.
Is there anything else to pay for, besides the $99.00 FlightPass? Top
Yes. The airfare does not include the shipping charge or airport taxes. EuropebyAir uses FederalExpress to deliver our FlightPasses. The shipping charge ranges from
15 USD to 25 USD and will be displayed and charged to your credit card when you book your reservation.
Airport Taxes/Fees, (departure/arrival taxes, local security charges, fuel levies etc.) vary from country to country, airport to airport and constantly change because of currency fluctuations. These charges will be collected by the airline in the airport at time of departure. This local charge currently varies from 10 to 80 USD, however the average is approximately 40 USD.

Yes. This service will cost $15.00 and you will need to allow extra time for delivery.
How long does it normally take to process a refund for Insider Airfare tickets? Top
Generally speaking it takes 6 to 8 weeks to process your refund. Your refund should appear on your statement within 2 to 3 billing cycles.
What are Insider Airfare e-tickets and why should I use them? Top
Please be aware that Flight Passes are not available as e-tickets at this time. However, Electronic tickets, or e-tickets, now offered by many major airlines, allow you to travel without a paper ticket. This eliminates the worry of leaving your tickets behind and reservations for these routes are also available through our website under INSIDER FARES. An e-ticket confirms your airline ticket purchase without requiring a paper record; the only record of an e-ticket sale is in electronic form in the airline’s computer system. When you buy e-tickets through EuropebyAir.com, you’ll receive a confirmation of your purchase via email. At this time, e-tickets are only available to U.S. residents.

How do I use an Insider Airfares e-ticket? Top
When you check in for your flight, give the ticket agent your name, flight number and a government-issued photo ID. For your protection, some airlines also require that you show the credit card used to purchase your ticket. When you use e-tickets, you may not be able to check luggage at the curb.
Can I use travel vouchers, certificates or frequent flyer miles to purchase through europebyair.com? Top
No. Airlines generally require that ticket purchases using either frequent flyer miles or travel vouchers be handled directly at one of their locations. The same is true of vouchers issued by a variety of travel clubs. You will need to contact them directly to purchase your ticket.

In most cases, this means the flight you are looking for may not operate that day or is sold out. We only show flights with seats available for your travel dates.
